Terms of service.

Welcome to Shuttle Up! We are pleased to offer our services to you. Your use of these services is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please review this agreement carefully before using the service. By using our service, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions without any limitations or qualifications.

Waiting Time (Applicable for Point-to-Point Service Only)

  • Domestic Flight Pick-Ups (Any Airport) or Non-Airport Pick-Ups: Waiting charges start 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Charges are retroactive to the scheduled arrival time and assessed hourly. No waiting fee is charged for flight delays if the adjusted pick-up time is communicated to Shuttle Up.

  • International Flight Pick-Ups (Any Airport): Waiting charges start 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Charges are retroactive to the scheduled arrival time and assessed hourly. No waiting fee is charged for flight delays if the adjusted pick-up time is communicated to Shuttle Up.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be emailed to contact@shuttleuptransportation.com.

  • Cancellation fees are based on the date Shuttle Up receives the notice.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation: Free of charge.

    • Cancellations between 24 hours after reservation and 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 30% fee.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up time: 100% fee.

    • For Hourly Service ONLY: Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up time: 100% fee.

  • We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, flight cancellations, family emergencies, or mistakes.

Booking Changes

  • Changes to reservations must be made via Shuttle Up’s reservation portal or by emailing contact@shuttleuptransportation.com.

  • Revised confirmation will be sent upon changes.

  • For hourly service, additional hours can be added at the same rate, subject to availability.

  • Shuttle Up reserves the right to refuse service extension if the vehicle is not available, adhering to the original contract.

Vehicle Policy

  • Shuttle Up is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.

  • Smoking is prohibited.

  • Passengers must not open doors while in motion, throw objects, shout, or extend body parts.

  • Food and alcohol consumption is permitted.

  • A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any passenger getting sick in the vehicle.

  • Physical damage to the vehicle will be charged based on the repair cost.

No-Show Fee

  • A no-show fee equal to the total trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged if the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

Methods of Payment

  • All payment methods except personal checks are accepted (cash, credit card, bank transfers, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, etc.).

Hourly Rates

  • Hourly rates are billed from the time the driver leaves the Shuttle Up facility in Burlington, MA, until the time of return, with fractions of an hour charged at a half-hour rate.

  • Hourly rate quotes for services such as weddings, concerts, games, events, etc., are based on the duration requested by the client. If the actual trip duration exceeds the originally quoted time, the additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate and added to the invoice.

Right to Cancel Service

  • Shuttle Up reserves the right to cancel any service without a refund if any passenger endangers the operator, vehicle, or others, or possesses illegal substances.

General

  • Shuttle Up is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather, road conditions, and breakdowns.

  • Shuttle Up reserves the right to substitute vehicles if unable to perform under the agreement.

  • Shuttle Up assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings.

  • If the vehicle is more than 30 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may cancel and receive a full refund on the unused portion of the trip.

Acceptance

  • Use of Shuttle Up services is subject to these terms and conditions. By using Shuttle Up services, you agree to these terms.

Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is respected. Information provided is used for personalized user information and offers and will not be shared without consent.

These terms and conditions are subject to change. By using our services, you accept all terms and conditions, including responsibility for damages caused by you or your party. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged for any passenger getting sick in a mode of transportation.
